Linda Koder began working as the Administrative Assistant at Toledo campus Ministry March 1, 1995 sharing a little office on Scott Park Campus with Rev. Dee Baker. Over the past 24 years and 5 months she has had four different offices, two Executive Directors and numerous Board Chairs and many, many student workers.
She has always been available to the students and pitches in wherever she is needed. Always in the background she gets the job done! Her organizational skills and her artistic abilities have served TCM well. She has seen us through the purchase of our current properties and a 50th Anniversary Celebration! We could not have done the mission trips, Art Galas, Fundraising Teas, Rocket Launches and countless newsletters, flyers and letters without her.
When asked to reflect on her tenure here she said, “I’m happy to have had the opportunity to spend 24 years working for such a wonderful organization. I have worked with a great staff and have had the opportunity to get to know some amazing students.” We will certainly miss her easy laugh, her positive outlook and her genuineness. But the ministry will go on. The personnel is currently taking applications for her replacement. Is this a job for you? Do you know someone who fits our ministry?
