Toledo Campus Ministry – an ecumenical multicultural community – will welcome, disciple, and serve the University of Toledo campus, build partnerships with local churches, and equip students to serve the world in Christ’s name.
As students, faculty and community members step into any or TCM’s activities, they are seen as part of the TCM community – regardless of their faith and/or activity level. All are welcome. We even have shirts that say; “Everybody is Welcome! We mean EVERYBODY!”
We are an open and affirming Christian fellowship. Diversity is celebrated here.
At TCM we extend a special welcome to all UT students and their friends and those who seek an authentic community where questions are embraced and answers are questioned. You are welcome here to serve and be served. We welcome you as you are!
If you are conservative, liberal, progressive, apolitical, traditional or contemporary, you are welcome here. If you are gay, straight, transgendered or bi-sexual, you are welcome here. If you are vegetarian or a carnivore, lactose intolerant, or a junk food eater, you are welcome here.
With acceptance key to who we are, those who are central to the community share in worship, study and fellowship are then sent out to be in ministry to the campus and larger Toledo Church community. Those who are touched and inspired, become active participants of the ministry and may move closer in their walk as active worshiping members.
